What do I get from a Klaviyo audit?
A thorough review of your flows, campaigns, segmentation, sign-up forms and deliverability, plus a prioritised action plan showing exactly what to fix and in what order. It comes to you as a clear document, and then we have a call to go through it together.
Do you audit Omnisend accounts too?
Yes. Most of my audits are on Klaviyo, but I audit Omnisend accounts as well.
Will I need to give you access to my account?
Yes, but only read-only access (Analyst access in Klaviyo). That means I can see everything I need to review, but I can't change anything in your account. We'll set it up together once you've booked.
What happens after the audit?
That's up to you. You can work through the plan yourself, hand it to your team, or have me put it into action through monthly management.
