Omnisend · US clothing brand

+51.7% email revenue in the first month on Omnisend.

A US clothing brand had been running email in-house and wanted it off their plate. Here's what the first two months looked like.

01 The starting point

Run in-house, and they wanted it off their plate

The account had been run in-house by the brand's own staff. They wanted to outsource it so it was off their plate, and got in touch.

No content planList needed a clean-upLittle segmentation

I audited the account first, shared the audit with them and went through it on a call. They were happy, and we got started.

02 What I did

Cleaned up, segmented and got sending

In the first few weeks, I:

  • Content planWrote a campaign plan and started 2–3 campaigns a week
  • Pop-upReworked the sign-up pop-up
  • Clean-upSuppressed profiles properly
  • SegmentsSegmented so we only send to people who want our emails
  • AutomationsAdded new automations and made existing ones more personal, with different customer paths

Omnisend calls them automations rather than flows, but the strategy is exactly the same.

04 The takeaway
It doesn't matter whether you're on Klaviyo or Omnisend. A proper clean-up, real segmentation and a consistent plan move the numbers fast, and this is just the beginning.
